EPCS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROPERTIES SOLD from 1/10/8

Own and control  your HIP . Estate Agent prepared HIPS belong to the Agent who charge exit fees if you want to change to other Agents or you buy another HIP. A solicitor prepared HIP belongs to you, our client, so you have freedom to choose. A solicitor prepared HIP is usually cheaper than the Agents outsourced remote agency.

HIPS UPDATE see Law Society Press Release 3/10/08  "SOME ESTATE AGENT HIPS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE"

HIPS: As Solicitors we are the preferred proficient providers of HIPS. The essential element to understand is that the sale contract is not part of the HIP. Only we as qualified lawyers can draft this. The buyers solicitor is not interested in the HIP. He needs a full Contract Pack from the sellers solicitor not an incomplete , out of date or non updated copy HIP  that needs to be supplemented  and corrected . Once you have found a buyer  the transaction is  much quicker , more efficient and smoother  if we have prepared your HIP in the first place. NON Lawyer HIPS cannot do this.  We can then issue a quality full Contract Pack and speed up the process. Ask our advice BEFORE you market.

THINKING OF PUTTING YOUR PROPERTY ON THE MARKET: Ask our advice at an early stage. See the HIP options available.

Our View:

The revolution in e-commerce is truly spectacular particularly for the sale of products but a professional service is not a commodity. Each and every House Move, Will, Divorce and Court Action is personal to the individual and the service needs to be tailor made. For us the benefits of the internet revolution are the ease by which we can provide you with factual background information and enhance the communication between us. Speedier communication, accuracy in paperwork and background legal information enable you to know what is going on and what should happen next. The  technology enables us to provide you with an even better service.

The end product for our professional practice is a satisfied customer not a successful sale.

Our concept of perpetual innovation is reflected in our work load: 80% repeat client and recommendation by existing clients.

We hope you will instruct us, recommend our firm to your family, friends and work colleagues whether in this country or abroad!
